That being said, If you are looking strictly for referrals I'd look into the online brokerages that have just simply great commission splits and not much else to offer, I believe one is home smart, exp is another I believe but you'll have to research. the trade off is that there will not be much guidance nor business funneled to you.

I have units in several cities and the cities that I see shutting it down are the ones with strong hotel markets and the cities that are putting in strict ordinances have a lot of city complaints from neighbors.

So if you make an arrangement instead of going to court you will take control of the situation instead of rolling the dice.in Oregon I know that on a land contract you have to do whats called a STRICT foreclosure its a full blown foreclosure..

If their gonna sue you they're gonna sue you.. and nothing that happens on your end is going to change that so you need to keep this strictly business and professional based and get them out of there and just deal with the consequences after.
