Also most tenants are not sophisticated enough to know about the rent control laws so you can normally raise the rent a reasonable amount, like you are doing, without registering with the city and without objections from the tenant.

@Brad Wood As I believe I mentioned in your other thread with the same topic (which apparently you didn't like the responses so you posted here) if your tenant isn't sophisticated (meaning they don't challenge you on the rent increase) then you don't need to do anything.

Most small companies do not have licensed mechanical trades on the payroll as its expensive and they will charge you more for being full service in house. 

However, purchasing a home is obviously attractive for people who want to save money and build equity and may not have the financial sophistication to feel comfortable doing otherwise.

But, I suppose the programs do get more sophisticated every day too.Because my state forces me to file electronically for my partnership, I have been forced to use a program.

These scams are all over the place and sophisticated.

If you are an employee, then your friend needs to set up the appropriate business entity and payroll.

They are far more sophisticated.
