I am not sure this property is a worthy investment (my last RE purchases were in Dec 2021 - I purchased $4m that month and have already made over $1m from those purchases), but I do know you cannot convince me that buying the cash flow is a smart decision.

I am thinknig of installing a smart door knob and lock so I or the tenant can program temporary codes to allow access when someone needs to show up to fix something.
