I am curious if there are any pre made criteria lists out there or if there are any “must haves” for tenant screening.

Enlarging master bath: again, this depends on the size of the bedroom itself and still being functional in its smaller format.  

My experience on the forums is that everyone who touts a one-sized-fits-all system is (when you look at their profile) a paid teacher, coach, guru, etc.
