This comment is to feedback with what I did.I actually revisited my criteria:- Since I wanted mainly to cover the entrance and the parking area, it's always possible to find a spot to cover the front of the property from a window (cam inside) or from under a porch.

It seems there has definitely been an upswing in East Coasters coming back to revisit the island and lots of Boriquas taking Holiday vacations and special occasions for short and long term rentals.

If the gap is too wide they thank the buyer for the offer and say they might revisit it at  a later time.

I will have to revisit it again now.

While I am not familiar with your market, It appears that your market does not fit your resources. and perhaps your exit strategy needs to be revisited.

Your comment has caused me to revisit that idea.

The other thing you need to revisit is how you're going to buy a home that will require all new floor and everything else and you plan to get $10k profit from it.

If you revisit your model but make an assumption that your cost basis for the property (cost of purchase and cost of rehab) remains under 75% of the property value then how much quicker can you achieve your goals?

I hope to never revisit that issue!
