I think the biggest reason to join a group is not only access to the coaching, hand holding, and everything you're gonna learn, it's access to partnering with others in the group, and to have some type of accountability.I don't think there should be a group/program that just focuses solely on syndication.

I retired early and knew it was going to happen so I put as little as possible into restrictive retirement accts.  

If it is continuously running you should get access and fix the problem.

However, this is a great way to access markets all across the country that offer decent returns to acquire long term hold properties. 

If you see more restrictive measures being enforced on STRs in that area, then it might not be the best long term option for your portfolio.

She is also refusing to release my dogs and is denying me access to the property.

A couple of months ago, a screen popped up forcing me to pay a fee in order to gain access to my account.

That means I get access to better deals through their community than investing on my own because they have better negotiation power as a large investment group.  

Would I invest in an in-fill strip center on a major retail corridor with signalized access and strong incomes?  

This is true especially when you have access to deals as a wholesaler.
