Usually the killer deals like this are due to pending foreclosures, or some other time sensitive life event where they need to sell immediately and can't wait 30+ days for a traditional closing.

I do wish I could recoup the money that I spent through my VA sourcing the tax-delinquency list (which everyone knows is time-sensitive) and setting up and troubleshooting CallText, but that is lost.The bottom line is that I did not receive what I paid for from Yellow Letters, and my VA conveyed to me in great detail that CallText simply does not do what it claims, has serious functional issues, and has inadequate support.

That's a sensitive question to ask  about the insurance money but if tht money is given it typically expected to be used to fix up the house.

Since moving in they have had trouble and there has now been a restraining order filed against the husband and he no longer lives in the unit but agreed to pay rent for the wife who lives there still with the baby.
