It’s refreshing to see humans helping others for the benefit of something greater than themselves.

Most approvals are good for 120 days but can easily be refreshed and always good to have the approval letter in hand in case something promising present itself.  

Its refreshing to me to read your struggle with the TRANSACTION model, as I am fed up with it.

Refresh of everything and new furnishings, but the market appreciation here is where most owners earn the majority of their equity.

I've never worked a real estate deal with him so I cannot speak to that end of it but as far as a person I like him - I find the no BS, no soft-pedalling refreshing in these days of euphemism.

Refreshing to hear there are still some pros out there more interested in giving good investment guidance as opposed to just trying to close the next deal, even if it is a bad one for their client ... good on you Harpreet!
