it seems from the Fed chart we would continue the "free-money" era.The Fed is still printing money based on their data, they only reduce their MBS holding *a bit* Mathematically , Rationally , Logically speaking it is impossible to have the free money era to be ended LOL

Make sure you have a good debt to income ration because  you don't want to do your defiance and find another place and find out you can't afford the next( but this is where creativity comes into play).
