Nationally, the levels of pre-existing home sales are back at 1995 levels mostly because of the interest rate conundrum, so I'm interested to know what's happening in your area that high rates are causing more people to sell?

You'll find your ceiling where people snag your unit and are happy versus it sitting empty.  

It is easy for people to download fake W2s, ESA paperwork, etc, with a few mouse clicks and a credit card. 

People most successful in all aspects of real estate investing and the real estate BUSINESS, gain knowledge and experience n three areas: (1) real estate principles, (2) real estate law, and (3) real estate finance.  

Nor does it pay well for an agent to spend a lot of time with a buyer that has an agency agreement but chooses to sit on their laurels instead of actively pursuing a purchase.Most agents who are serious about helping people do not have time to spend with lackadaisical clients or people who refuse to sign a buyer's agreement.

Just remember there are less people that can afford the 1 million dollar plus houses than can afford the $300 to $400 thousand dollar houses .

I will say it was disclosed to us in a fine print email, but it was definitely not clearly told to us and many people are migrating away because we have our direct sites listed as fee free and they no longer would be.I did extensive research last year when signing up and Hostfully was my runner up and that’s why I am switching to them.

They will substitute in their own sense of fairness knowing people are unlikely to appeal such a small issue.
