Every buyer wants some way to determine if they are being offered a fair deal.

@Christopher Smith there are many...but in my opinion really only three companies out there that offer the ability to 721 into a large and diversified REIT that i'd feel comfortable with. 

While they did a good job, I felt the price was steep, especially since the house wasn’t in terrible shape.I’m debating whether the cleaning charge is reasonable to deduct fully or if I should waive part of it as a goodwill gesture. 

Would love to add a mentor to guide us through the first deal, we can offer all of the sweat equity and our network that will help fundraise the deal! 

Their numbers did not always add up from the initial calls to the follow up, and I believe the returns they are offering are super aggressive.

LLC "A" has a commercial property, no loan/debt, with a 15 year NNN left on it valued at 5-6 Million (recently a broker offered us this if we were interestd in selling).

There is a fine line between offering a well rounded service and leaving too much in the home.I love the business and glad to be a Superhost but this has been my experience.
