If it has a good momentum, keeping it would be idea, especially because you have positive cash flow.

Anyhow, this ruined my momentum, since I had to wait to get my money back out of the property.

@Katherine Blazer hit the nail on the head. if you can pull more money out and buy something else. the rate change should pay for itself. its all about momentum. rate is important yes. but don't let it stop you from doing more deals if you have equity you can use.

@Hle Xiong, as Jared mentioned, buying your first property more so sheds light on the importance of getting started and building momentum, it does not need to be a home run deal.

My goal is to take a more active role in this journey and build some momentum.
