Did you just replace the condenser or the blower motor too?   

Wireless cameras are mounted with two small screw holes.

We require the vacating tenants to have the carpet professionally cleaned (truck mounted only - no store rental machines allowed).

I am not sure about your daily profession, but I would compare it to, if you were a heart surgeon and you were trying to swap out the motor on my classic car, you probably wouldn't be the person I would choose to do the job.
