2018-03-17 - Good Morning BP Community - looking at first investment - BRRRR a Condominium - anything special about this type of real estate?

Good times....I used to think it was cloudy too until I realized that it was always clear on Sundays - that's when all the factories are shut down.The pool and gym in my complex were closed daily from 11am-1pm so as "to give people two choices - a morning or afternoon session - instead of just one". 

And if you’re short on time like I am, I recommend the Audible version to listen to when you’re doing relatively mindless tasks like getting ready in the mornings, driving, cooking, etc.

Yes, I’m definitely making phone calls in the morning!  

That will give you a little less hassle when you bump into them on the way to work in the morning. 

I was just saying that I haven't borrowed from a bank since 2012 until last year so I was anxious about what my score would be, having closed $85k in available revolving credit.
