Might revisit the price for similar quality/location at that sq. ft.I don't "know" your market, but I do know it's similar in rural towns here, we are fairly close and market conditions are similar, my son has in-laws in the area.I'd say the tile pattern would fly, some looks pretty good.

It sounds like my pattern is going to be like that - it will probably take me two year to kick her out, because she has a 10 months old.I might have to tell her I will start charging late fee if she continue to breach her obligation her pay late.
