Earlier this year, we were also posted on Booking.com, and while the listing did produce several reservations, it came with a huge amount of frustration and more last-minute cancellations that we've experienced (significantly more as a %) than the other 2 booking platforms, Airbnb and VRBO.

In the last 2 months, I have been getting a lot of “I want to buy your house for Cash!”

It's been a couple of years since my last refinance (conventional loan of $200K, value is around $275-300K).

My priced were listed at $795 for one of the two upstairs bedroom with a shared hall bathroom, $895 for the down stairs bedroom with its own hall bathroom, $995 for one of the two bedrooms upstairs with their own bathroom, and $1095 for the last master suite downstairs with a tiled shower and walk in closet.

I briefly considered signing my STR over to an arbitrage group last year under much less favorable terms last year.If this suites you it may be advantageous.
