Some tenants might be for it if they don't have a choice.

Building larger units and/or larger counts results in significant savings in development.  

There are plenty of investors who are in a financially strong position to self-insure their properties completely, take on much larger deductibles, or eliminate certain coverages from their policy in an effort to drive down their insurance costs. 

@Jerry WesthoffSome of the larger hard money lenders may be able to fund this for you, if not a private / smaller hard money lender probably would look at it if the arv made senseI would start with larger companies

Just depends if the site wants to cater to the true fan or to a larger audience (and both are viable models). 

Thanks for mention mate,Happy to help and offer guidance.We decided to totally pull back on taking on new investors and will just help our existing investors purchase from time to time.It's not worth the baby sitting drama involved and I see folks would rather BRRRR so we will just do the PM and fix the F@#$ ups and charge appropriately for it 🤷‍♂️I moved to the US 12 years ago to build my own portfolio and all I have done was help others build theirs lol.I don't even have a larger portfolio than our highest volume investor...What a joke for me hehe

It is not a binary choice for the Realtor - if you do a good job and take care of their clients its a win/win for them. 

I always suggest buying and holding as the best choice for real estate investing.

Self-development is a daily choice.

As long as everyone is willing participants and they are not being coerced in any way and are willing participants I honestly don't see anything wrong with it, her body, her choice applies here.
