There's the commercial corridor on Lancaster that will hopefully improve over time and be a benefit, and lastly, these are nice wide blocks with parking on both sides of the street and wide sidewalks so they feel nice and inviting and there's no drama on these blocks, very quiet.

I ask because if it were bought 8/22 and it just sold , thats almost 1 year . even if you did minimal improvements and had minimal carrying costs , plus real estate commissions , that doesnt sound like swift profits .This almost sounds like an ad for Brittany Scandra I am very familar with Pasadena

Tenants try to outsmart and outmanuveur landlords, so the landlord learns and improves their lease.Since we all have different experiences and tolerence levels, the lease that works for one landlord may not work for another.Best of luck!

But doing this on a improved property in Charleston area from 300 to  3mil probably not going to fly.. so if that is the case that only the lawyers prep the deeds and they wont close these then wholesaling is dead in SC ???
