There is not currently a sprinkler system which I will have to change I think, its too much work to keep it watered, I have a Mickey Mouse hose system that I use that I would not expect a renter to use2.

If you are in a cold climate, disconnect outside hoses and store them for the winter, cover the outside water spigots, and inform tenants not to use these during the winter.Tune up the heating system, including changing furnace filters and checking the operation of the thermostat.

Hose is connected to hose bib during freezing temperatures, causing the water pipe inside the house to freeze and split.All of these are tenant-caused issues and should be charged to the Tenant.

If the appraisal doesn't come in high enough you are hosed, inspection uncovers something you didn't account for you are hosed, and you run the risk of his financing falling through as well.

They guarantee your bill won't be higher than the unmetered price, so there is no reason to wait- save the $$$ asap.Keep in mind that you are charged for the # of feet wide and long your lot is, how many hose spigots you have, how many toilets you have, and I think possibly tubs/showers??
