Here in SA guests tend to book less than a month before arrival, as we are a big drive in destination, while in other "fly" in markets they book months in advance.

We also have some 2024 bookings, that makes them 18 months.We do get 3 day stay bookings that fill in the calendar for spring/summer/fall that are usually 2 weeks to 1 month ahead of the arrival date.

While I didn't appreciate this saying at the time, I found it to be extremely beneficial when I arrived at my first duty station.

I am having an issue where I just ordered new windows and was told the windows may not arrive for 16-20 weeks.

On the Oregon Coast in particular there are VERY few multi unit properties on market and those that arrive are often under heavy consideration by multi potential investors/buyers. 

We meet every Friday morning from 7:30 to 8:30am but try to arrive early to order breakfast!
