There's a lot to be said about this but having process in place to mitigate turns going bad helps.

I am bidding out there in two markets daily, it's been almost 3 months and I fully understand this is a process.

Not essential but I've used it for other things and it's really cool when you are building out a new process, design, or work flow with your team as well.
