It comes pre-mixed and ready to apply so your looking at about $40 for a half gallon which should cover your bathrooms. 

My plumber's cool, charged $25 for the signoff, and nothing when he'd done the work.And, pretty much all over Metro Atlanta, there are rebate programs for installation of low GPF (gallons per flush) toilets in older houses. 

I would look at a low cost make ready service or even a good handy man type who is good with paint and just arm them with a gallon of the same color.... or heck, carry a quart and some throw away sponge brushes for when you show the place....tell the landlord how you just saved them 1,600 bucks...I would let landlords know you are going to do the lowest cost thing: touch up paint and keep them out of court (which gets really expensive) by getting that tenant moved out without a deposit dispute and a new paying tenant moved in....

It has 2 tanks but cannot pass a gas station without guzzling many gallons. 

3 bed in our area requires a 2 chamber 1000 gallon with filter screen, 2 bed 750 gal, and 4 bed 1250 gal. tanks

Btw I solved the problem by putting a gallon of bleach down the well head.

I was much more concerned with the 90 gallon aquarium they wanted to bring.

people are getting creative...as for the water heater, a standard 40 gallon cheapo is 220 at lowes...pex is cheap and quick...i use it for all plumbing needs
