The project got finished quicker than we anticipated.  

For Section 8, you'll need to fill out a change of ownership packet (hyperlinked), which you can also find on the CMHA website.

That may cause you some restoration work if it is going through a finished basement.

Websites like BiggerPockets are excellent for getting leads from experienced investors who’ve vetted their GCs.

I think it's rude frankly as this website is supposed to be a helping, friendly community. 

The website was super easy to use and the prospective tenants were able to submit an application, which gave me their income, credit, and background information.

@James Wise from Holton-Wise Property Group has a TV show on his website labeled "Tenants from Hell" and I believe they are mostly Section 8 tenants.
