What Im looking for with REI.... is to find financial freedom, to build generational wealth, to bring my family together; my brothers,  my children, and their children into a business Im not only passionate about, but proud of.  

When we review Tenant applications that are section 8 subsidized we are struggling to get a good handle on whether a Tenant is financially fit.

In the middle of trying to make the same decision (only from CO), and have learned that keeping the property is not financially wise since the ROI is low (<6%). 

I have skimmed over the management agreement and it doesn't really say anything specific in regards to who is financially responsible in the case of a squatter breaking in.

If there’s a lawsuit or financial risk associated with the property, the LLC structure helps limit your personal exposure by acting as a liability shield.

When vetting a syndication, every investor will do it differently because every investor has a different risk tolerance, comes from a different financial situation and has different financial goals.

So the financial institutions get a better return  on there losses.

My goal is to acquire cash flow to help relieve some financial burden and increase options for future buy-and-hold investing.  

We travel there when we can and bust out projects but winter is coming and reliable teams are hard to come by (not to mention the financial concern).
