Unfortunately, STRs as single family homes are still considered residential assets.

@Feroz Penangwala I’ve slowed some due to financial constraints.

I changed my strategy from 2 years ago of acquiring more doors and "cash flow" to now looking at the asset if I continue to buy. 

And Bruno ( the attorney was like an uncle to me) And he would always tell me the way to financial success in RE is to learn the courthouse..

I have never invested in syndication.I understand diversification in different asset class (precious metals, real estate stocks etc).

I’m going to consult a local financial planner but thought I’d ask the brilliant minds at BP as well.
