I agree and additionally I'd recommend going down to the store and actually feeling them.

Show Financial Stability- Proof of Income: Military pay provides a stable and reliable income source that banks value.- Creditworthiness: German banks assess your financial standing, so keeping accounts in good standing is critical.4.

If you have a building background, I would work with an architect and build some unique places that are stick built to hold the equity value better.

They also know about real estate so less likely to charge you extra fees to get an appraisal or BPO because they can estimate the value themselves.

Free events or groups are preferred, as I feel the connections made are more genuine, but I am open to anything. 

Unfortunately cap ex usually catches up to them and the appraised value rarely translates to a similar sale experience and all along the property has merely been a highly levered property.
