Agreed with the above posts,  for $500 or less you can likely get a RE attorney  to get your ducks in a row to do the eviction properly.

I agree with @John UnderwoodPencil out everything (costs, equity, etc.) to create a truly equal partner.When they and you agree on this amount and they pay their part, then you have an equal partner.Of course, in this process, definitely use an attorney.Mike

Stick to your guns. some HML just send out the POF with out doing any look see into the borrower so I agree HML POF is suspect until proven other wise..
