Is the issue in scaling in time strain and work flow or money?

@Michael Anderson you have two options:1) Create an Assignment of Lease from you to LLC2) Have tenant sign new Lease with LLC.Really only an issue if eviction or some other court issue.

Overall, it sounds like this whole thing stemmed from a communication or integrity issue that occurred at the loan officer level.

you choose one pay for it and they provide them.What I found out is they just send over the plans with no updates to current codes so we submit then and get check sheets sometimes 3 or 4 and takes 90 days to get approved instead of them understanding the new codes updating the plans before giving them to us.And to be fair to the architect we can send in the same plans and depends on which examiner gets them some will fly through others come back with check sheets that an examiner frustration issue.

(If they are an adult you should have already done a background check on them.) you could also renew them at the higher rate on a MTM term in case the payment issues continue.

The issue is that you can't send a link in airbnb prior to them booking and I tell them that.

I see what the issues are and what needs to be fixed.

I don't have any pending legal issues at the moment, but I've been thinking I should find a lawyer that I can go to for questions, to review documents, leases, etc so that I can have confidence that I'm not making any silly mistakes that will get me into trouble later on.

To me, there seems to be a "what first" issue I've run into.
