That may not be completely true today, but from what I've read, if you're putting everything on the same domain and have the choice between sub-domains (blog.mysite.com) and sub-directories (mysite.com/blog), that sub-directories are the better way to go for SEO purposes.

Again, not sure how many will have Canada covered or covered well).Try a Google search of REIA and other similar terms.Look in the local newspapers or city directories.

I can't tell you who the best is but you can research property managers go to www.narpm.org and search their directory.

It's the national association for residential property managers and they have a Search Directories button at the top.
