You'll likely want someone that can handle A to Z with marketing, pricing, cleaning, maintanence, decor, websites, reviews etc.

At that percentage on that rent amount I suspect it is not all inclusive, but I do not know that market.  

The Lake Tahoe market has many intricacies regarding short-term rentals, but navigating them is definitely possible.
