most likely no, since the issue has been resolved. that's why notice of lease violations are typically called notice to cure or vacate, because tenant is given the option of curing the problem or leaving. since there is no longer a dog, he is no longer violating lease, unless your lease has another violation in it you are likely limited to a notice of nonrenewalno legal advice is given.
