@Jacob D Adamczak  I agree with you about consumers really taking time to analyze all aspects before purchasing a solar system.  

I list in places consumers are looking. 

Last year was a good year for my business and between student loans, medical, and a small amount of consumer debt, we paid off a whopping $34k in debt in about 13months and stashed about $10k in savings.

But I also know that most consumers out there don't care if there is 1" closed cell spray foam on their walls and that we used fiberglass composite windows vs vinyl windows and the list could go on, but these are things that I care about.

I have zero consumer debt and no car payments, as I have a company vehicle.1.

@Dennis Solari You are going to have to run the numbers on any property you might be interested in.Then you need to look Vrbo and Airbnb and see what properties are renting for and how often.Put all this in a spreadsheet and add in utilities, furnishing, consumables, cleaning, PM (unless doing this yourself), yard maintenance, house maintenance, tax and insurance and see how the numbers shake out.
