I can't leave numbers here but look up their company and they were very easy to talk to with all my questions.

I need credibility, either through working for a couple of years for a company or buying my own property, starting small, and scaling with time.Now, my plan is to graduate next year (Im a junior), and get a job in a firm as an analyst in order to build that experience and mainly cover my living expenses, while on the side buy my first small property and go from there.However, and this is where I start overthinking,  I still have 1 year left in school and I want to use it to my advantage as I don't have any expenses or responsibilities other than school yet, and I want to do my first deal.

I do NOT rent to any real estate agents, brokerages, or property management companies as they would be a competing business and it wouldn't benefit either of our businesses to share a building.

And eventually or even now, go to Real Estate Events all around Chicago, most of them are free and you can find the events on Meetup.com or Eventbrite.com (my company also hosts a lot of events every month that are free @A&N Mortgage which you can find on Meetup.com).Good Luck!

Hello AllI am a business management executive for a large global company, and we (my wife and I) are getting into local real estate investing primarily within LA county, IE, OC and Riverside area.

The rep from their company that accidentally called me this morning was calling from Florida. 

I spoke to my title company yesterday and apparently they will no longer do double closings.

The entire reason I hired a company is they are the experts and I expect them to take full accountability of making sure I am in the know and 100% compliant.
