I did have two called and we paid them off upon receipt of notice from the mortgage servicer/ credit union in one case.And there are many more gotchas bottom line if you have deep pockets this is fine if an investor thinks this is a no money down I dont need any money this is a disaster waiting to happen.

The lender of course required this for financing and the seller, out of ignorance I assume, refused to obtain a written notice from the cell tower company. (2) The cell tower was not paying monthly rent but rather paid an upfront payment of $75k for the 41 years remaining on the lease term.

I noticed some people in this thread turned there nose up on section 8 and lower class neighborhood rentals but in Detroit THE ONLY way to go is section 8 and anyone that tells you different when it comes to Detroit is totally full of it and getting less than 1/2 of market rent if there lucky.
