At this stage, I wouldn't feel comfortable handing this job to someone that is novice or just the call center type. 

Buy a rekey kit from Change-a-Lock or Primeline, available online or at home centers.

Will give you a quick snapshot of the overall picture.So far as job inflow is concerned, in addition to Caterpillar, Geico and Raytheon @Ivan Dodic mentioned it was also recently announced that an Amazon Distribution Center is coming to Tucson.

Everything we do centers around that.Engagement is key.

Also, go to the building supply centers in your area and ask for referrals from them.

My day to day job is as a critical facility engineer for a data center, with my specialty being HVAC and commercial electrical. 

My complaints center around:(i) They pretend like their fees are lower but they're really not when you dig into it. 

It's a suburb close to the Elkins Park train station that can get you in center city in 30 minutes.This will be my first investment property. 

I'm tracking depreciation for all of my buildings along with expenses and income centers.  

Rose park, West Valley, Kearns, Magna in Salt Lake County are places I would avoid personally.4) Can't speak to much about this however I know there's some local REIA meetups centered around wholesaling going on  so they must be doing alright :)Sorry for my limited knowledge but hopefully that gives you some insight.Good Luck
