Rooftop deck with interior stairs, plenty of room to add a 2nd bath upstairs (master bath) and maybe even move the washer/dryer upstairs.  

We are inheriting a tenant that has been in there for 15 years, is paying $695/mo, she’s on a month to month lease and is talking about possibly getting out because she is starting to have trouble getting up and down stairs.

It's pretty substantial as can be seen by the stairs now having a few inch gap between the deck. 

I nearly got them back on the walking path when my friend came walking up those stairs and I nearly missed him.

I am in Boulder Colorado and looking to have some flooring replaced with engineered wood (about 1250 sqft plus some stairs) and also need some “stone” work done around a fireplace to replace surrounding tile with cultured stone. 

The deck will need to be repainted as well as the back stairs.

STAIRS on the other hand SUCK because of all the details are and the DEVIL LIVES IN THE DETAILS.

Both are tear downs but can have a 4-6 unit on the property next to us. 1 big unit for her parents as they age so we can be close and they don’t have stairs.

The plaster down stairs so far is staying as much as I can keep it.

Looking into a 3 building property, all the houses are on a cemented foundation with a  crawl space.
