My issue is finding it hard to believe someone's be it realtor or PM word oh how they can help and etc. 2) Realtors - I mean based on my few interactions, they all seem to be enthusiastic and stuff but when you jump on call it's like YES and NO answers and pretty much. 

The inspector was great, an enthusiastic teacher, and his report was detailed and full of photos.
