My plan is to start investing in real estate starting in the beginning of 2017 i was thinking about taking certification classes in carpentry to brush up on my skills from high school as well as certifications in electrical, real estate, house flipping, in replace of the entrepreneurship degree for right now.

Replace or repair fixtures as needed.The low-flow items can help if your tenants leave the water running during various activities - tooth brushing, face washing, kitchen activities, etc.Depending on the heating systems, be sure to check that humidifiers aren't wasting water.

@Kory Clark  I have never not had a job... so I don't know that part of it.. starting selling fuller brush door to door at 13 I have worked ever since.but now 42 years into a RE career what I do is.. pretty basic..

I have 1 house thats been rented to a middle age woman , I was doing some clearing of brush and vines and I kept seeing this "stray" cat wandering around the house .

Coil elements are readily available and inexpensive.3) Tenants - ours anyways - do not appear to be able to clean these cooktops without resorting to highly abrasive substances (steel wool, wire brushes) which brings us back to item #2 above.While I prefer a smooth cook-top in my own home, I am happy to say we only have one left in our rentals {it came with the building}.

So far I have gone to two accountants and have felt shoed under the rug and brushed aside.
