After relocating to another state it’s my observa nearly impossible to know the niches you need in the RE market without living and breathing it regularly.

At the end of the day we are days out from closing but we were days out from closing three weeks ago so I am not holding my breath.

I am trying to eat, live, and breathe all things REI, haha.

Just closed one in Windsor at Westside, Windsor Hills and have a new construction under contract in Windsor Island.I have an amazing property manager that lives and breathes these communities and we can give you all the insight you need to make the best decision.

I havent given up but not holding my breath at this point. 

I'm drowning at the moment in work that has to get done, but once I am breathing again, it's on my list of things to do :)

My offer has a two-year term just in case things take a little longer with COVID-19  and will like to have some Breathing room.

No response yet(and I'm not holding my breath.)The NY State Assembly could make the law fairer in a pretty simple way.

Colin is excellent at property management and will bring a breath of fresh air to the STL market. 

And I think when the frenzy buying stops and ppl take a breath, and values ease down a little (correction), we'll see quite a few ppl upside down.
