Maybe not.. or maybe the exit really is to just wrap them up and sell them as portfolios of rentals we do see that a lot one hedge fund selling to the new hedge fund on the block. 

However as many of you know in business the bigger the risk the bigger the reward.

Should I just sell the renovated home and the lots and take the win, or manage the building of the duplexes and go for a bigger win over the mid-range (while taking on the risk that things go badly or the market shifts)?
