Let's not drink the cool-aid . . .

People that have service businesses; restaurants, car washes, dry cleaners, IT companies, contractors, health care practices, real estate brokerages, real estate developers, law firms, etc.

If you don't choose to go to college and just do RE if something happens to the RE market and you have to get a regular job you will be very limited that means physical labor minimum wage dead end jobs when you don't have an in demand marketable degree like healthcare or accounting.

I had the rat tail and cool aid mustache to go with it.

They will likely have to do an eviction or ejectment of  the "guests" my brother had to do this in a similar situation , have them talk to legal aid. 

I need advice for choosing the best option for me i got accepted to college for real estate for free everything paid with financial aid the classes offer is Real Estate level 1 certified and my other option is getting my real estate license in trade school very affordable but debating for what is best for me.

Thank God I knew what their intent was but boy some people drank like a gallon of that kool-aid.

Id love to hear some opinions/recommendations on what this community uses as an aid when it comes to tracking all expenses so i can take a look and a possible test.
