I have used hypothications at my commercial bank.. they work great if you have the banking relationships.. mine were not for my lending company it was back in my timber days.. and it was common that I would need to sell my residual land that was left after the logging operation on Contract... usually 1 to 3 years.. in Oregon it can take a year or more to get a building permit out in the country.. 

My question is - Do I go for the EPDM rubber roof or the GAF self-adhesive Modified Bitumen roof option? 

To make a girder today, the three 2x10s would be glued with construction adhesive and nailed according to IRC (a lot of nails).

Appears the marijuana market is a mess with residual pesticides.

Maybe in an ultra-hot market you could just sell outright (flip) and collect the extra cash but now you're looking at significant tax implications and there's no long term residual income.  

One room the outer layer came off easy and I was able to access the adhesive and use chemicals to break it down and easily remove it in big swipes.  

I would have concerns that even after spending the 5K to clean up that there might be residual chemicals or other contaminants around.

There are wipes that can detect multiple different types of drug residue.

Sherwin Williams has an excellent adhesion primer for vinyl & plastics that we use for vinyl siding and vinyl shutters that works really well for us in GA.

This is why many businesses focus on residuals for steady cash flow and contracts.
