The walmart down the road was the MOST SHOPLIFTED WALLMART IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY.  

Even the Permian Basin as long as the oil holds up.No problem with the oil holding up, the bigger problem is that there is a people and housing shortage.  2bd 1 ba houses can fetch $1100/mo and up.  3 beds are in the 1300-1600 range.Motel 6 is charging $250 a night; mc Donald's starts people at $12.00 an hr, while Walmart is in the $14.00 an hr range.  

If you're considering Fayetteville, I'd recommend including Springdale and Bentonville (Walmart HQ) in your search as well.

But some nice couches and giant TVs from Walmart 55” is under $300 with Roku look for TCL brand or the 65” sharp.

Also, I'm not sure if there is a wall at the other end of the tub; if there is you can use a spring rod from target or walmart, and adjust it to meet the height and length you need for the shower curtain.

Your retirement is only two years out and Walmart cashier is not a good look.

You can make the house numbers bolder too (they shouldn’t look like they came off the rack at Walmart!!)

I suggest a no pet policy.BTW I leave a lawn mower in garage for tenants to use, if they don't have one. ( They probably won't go out and buy one right away after forking over the limited cash they have for deposit) You can find deals on mowers at garage sales & Wal-mart is good too for a low cost mower.
