I (also read "We" throughout this agreement) understand that if my pet: a. causes noise, odors, and/or damage; and/or b. causes another tenant or the owner to have an allergic reaction or phobia; and/or c. harms or acts aggressively or could be dangerous toward another tenant, contractor, neighbor, or the owner; d. causes a written complaint to be received from a neighbor, other tenant, or any other person or organization, then my pet is to be immediately removed from the premises, upon written notice from the landlord/agent, never to return (neither to live nor to visit).

It works like a charm.

So, I am guessing that more than 30% will provide false information if they have a hope of getting away with it.By the way, most of these lying deadbeats are really totally charming.

I just did 😂 tiny houses and cabins and countryside inns in the middle of Europe Plus I'd imagine small towns have a special word of mouth charm.

If you only looking to cheaply replace the windows with a builder's grade PVC window because you're planning on flipping the property, that's one option.If your looking to preserve the integrity of the house and have it hold onto it's historic character and charm. have the windows restored.

It feels like property isn't as pricey as SJ, but the tourism market, charm of the town and surfing draw to the area make it worth exploring further, with AirBNB type rentals in mind.

Are you on one of the one-way streets - Washington, Warren - where the housing stock seems to be a bit more charming? 

In Yinzburgh, old windows never add charm, they just add headaches. 

The city, with its charming historic districts and proximity to beaches, attracts a diverse demographic, which can be advantageous for rental demand.

With short term rentals the seasonality suppresses the gross rental revenue to get great cash flow unless you come in with 50%+ down, with that kind of down I can find vacation rentals starting in the $350k range that will show decent cash flow.
