A 1920s home with new plumbing, updated electric, and a new furnace might be in a better position than something from the 1990s.

We got an update today on water.  3 plants serve Asheville, they're working on all 3, South Asheville has water, the other two that serve the remainder (downtown included) will take longer.  

I find investors are just as much work and sometimes more than a regular buyer and seller. 

More than likely, your Landlord goes down those roads on a regular.

I was going to run an STR in the home and he would enjoy a higher rent than from a regular LTR rental AND he would have the property managed too.All was going beautifully.

So she did not pay rent for September ( she was supposed to pay it to the previous owner and the owner was supposed to send it to me, but the previous owner received nothing and she agreed nothing was sent ).Now she needs to send my information to her case worker to update the rent payment address and everything.

It is completely updated 2 bedroom with all new appliances to include washer and dryer.
