Also, I have been using a website called Bankhomesdirect.com which is really good in some respects to finding properties, but I am finding that the prices they list are often lower than what the MLS has listed.

The Lancaster Suites [Manila] is designed and conceptualized as a private residential Condominium Hotel ["Condotel"] or a fully serviced private residential condominium building with all facilities of a Hotel, Room Service, 24 Hour Security Guards and Reception, PABX Telephone Operators, High Speed Internet & Cable TV etc………… even an integrated Mini Mall ...The units in the building are all privately owned by the respective buyers.

One of them even uses a respected attorney to do his double closings.I also would ALWAYS recommend getting sound legal advice from a qualified attorney in your state before doing any type of creative real estate investing.I also think communicating unverified or misinformed rumors around real estate laws is a destructive practice and should only be done with the utmost caution and reserve.

the wholesaler purchases it from the manufacturer. the retailer buys it from the wholesaler at wholesale prices, then turns around and sells it for a big mark up.each level has it's business-specific system in place and specializes in its own respective area.buying a property "wholesale" is similiar, thus the name.there are so many posts on this, check some of them out too.
