I personally wouldn't invest with Grant Cardone.He's just a marketing machine who's focus is selling his programs.His syndicated deals are likely just like any other program he sells.The whole "Guru" thing and buying into the hype just isn't for me.

It's easy to mention the fast deals with the large checks for the norm as that gets people hyped up about the possibilities that can be achieved.If you work hard and have the right mindset you can do great things.

Do not ever pay money for a coach or a class in my opinion as they are a waste of money, the stuff they teach is available for free on websites like Bigger Pockets, the rest is just hyping you up to take action; that money is better spent towards a down payment in my opinion.

Because they hype the systems and talk a smooth game, they will easily outperform their $100,000 every couple months, and the hoops that you need to jump through to get a refund leave many unsatisfied and frustrated without their refunds.
