I have found craigslist to be a pretty good method, however i have noticed that some would like a pm certificate to go along with experience.

I have dealt with Section 8 and yes some are just there for the paycheck with no care for the job, but hey I also work all types of Phd holders and all other certifications and guess what some of them can be just as lazy and non-caring about others situations.

We never want to be caught with the wrong date postmarked on the envelope, so we prefer to go to the counter and we go the extra mile by getting a "Certificate of Mailing" that proves the date the item was mailed.

Only after you've received the Certificate of Title, can you then get insurance, as long as the title is not clouded and/or you've paid off any other liens against it.

I use to be very inclined to do property tax certificates and deeds for sell by some states.
