Personally, I like forms that are written in plain English, say what I want them to say, I want them to make sense and don't have silly provisions like putting in all new light bulbs when they move.

nothing wrong with it.. just not necessary.. that's all.. unless your dealing with the elderly foreigners who English is second language etc.. then you want to make sure there is not abuse going on.. and of course in the wholesaling world this would NEVER happen.

In plain English you might call them 'repairs' but in tax English those are typically betterments/imrovements, so they are capitalized and added to the depreciation expense you claim on Schedule E.

. :) you see the same in Texas in some markets preying on non English speaking.. buy a house for 10 or 15k sell it on contract for 50k without doing anything to it to a non English speaker on terms.there was a guy boasting about it on BP and he finally got ran off the site..

AIR is very heavy-handed and authoritarian, and their tech support is poor.....you will rarely if ever get an English speaking tech person and they are like robots and pretty useless.
