Add in delivery, haul away of old and tax and you are over $700 but this is way better than at least $1,500+ for new stainless appliances.

An appliance delivery guy made the same offer to me recently.

Of late, I put the letter in a UPS envelope and printed the label from my desk, including a check mark in the box to ask for a signature upon delivery.  

Have a system of reminders for meetings, deliveries, utility connections, etc.  

We put our order in and waited for the delivery call.I was delighted to get that call two days early.
